Services designed for support that fits where you are and where you want to go.
Therapeutic Services
My approach is open, curious, and person-centered. I use interventions that are brain-body based and experiential. My philosophy lies in attachment science, which helps to reveal relational wounds and repair with corrective emotional experiences.

Individual therapy provides a focused space to understand yourself more deeply, heal from past experiences, and develop practical tools for navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Using attachment-based approaches along with ACT, Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, we work to process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and build lasting resilience so you can move forward with greater clarity and stability.
-
Couples therapy is grounded in attachment science and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping partners move out of painful cycles and back into connection. Together, we identify underlying needs, heal relationship injuries, and develop new patterns of communication that foster safety, trust, and intimacy. The goal is not just to solve problems, but to strengthen the bond that helps your relationship thrive.
-
Relationship workshops offer structured, skills-based experiences for couples who want to strengthen their connection in a supportive group setting. Based on the research of EFT and the Hold Me Tight® program, these three-day workshops help partners understand attachment patterns, improve communication, and practice meaningful conversations that deepen trust, closeness, and emotional security.

Trauma intensives are designed for organizations & first responder agencies to provide concentrated, extended support designed to accelerate healing from distressing or overwhelming experiences. Using the evidence-based method of Accelerated Resolution Therapy within a safe, attachment-informed framework.
Intensives are delivered on-site as a structured program that combines psychoeducation on trauma, PTSD, and the window of tolerance with the option for confidential individual sessions. This format equips teams with practical knowledge about how trauma impacts the brain and body while offering meaningful opportunities for personalized care and recovery.
The Therapeutic Process
Initial Consultation & Assessment
We begin with a conversation to understand your concerns, goals, and history, and to determine the best path forward.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your needs, we develop a tailored approach using evidence-based methods that support meaningful, lasting change.
Ongoing Sessions
Most clients attend weekly or biweekly sessions, as recommended by your therapist, to build momentum, process experiences, and practice new skills.
Progress & Transition
There is no set length of therapy — it is tailored to each individual or couple’s needs and goals. As you gain stability and confidence, sessions may become less frequent, with a focus on maintaining progress and preparing for life beyond therapy. The goal is not lifelong treatment, but to equip you with the insight and tools needed to move forward independently.
